HOMEMADE NACHOS

Ingredients

 1: corn meal 1 cup (makai ka atta)

 2: plain flour 1/2 cup

 3: oil 2 tbsp

 4: salt 1/2 tsp

 5: red chilli powder 1/2 tsp

 6: water as much required to make dough

 7: garlic powder 1/2 tsp

 8: oregano 1 tsp

 

 For Frying:

 1: oil for deep frying

Instructions

  1. HOMEMADE NACHOS

     1: in a bowl add corn meal, plain flour, salt, red chilli powder, oregano, garlic powder mix dry ingredients.

     2: add oil mix and then pour water slowly, to make a medium dough.

     3: now heat oil.

     4: divide the dough in equal balls, take one dough ball, sprinkle the plain flour and roll it thin, take a folk and pierce the   rolled dough, cut in triangles.

     5: add the pieces in hot oil and fry till gets golden and crisp, place it in paper towel.

     6: serve with salsa, guacamole or melted cheese sauce.

     

     NOTE: once cooled store in air tight box or zip lock bags.
