PECAN BREAD PUDDING

Ingredients

 

 

1: bugatti bread 400g (one)

2: milk 2 & 1/2 cups

3: cream 1 cup

4: salted butter 110g (softened)

5: vanilla essences 1 tbsp

6: salt 1/4 tsp

7: eggs 4

8: pecans 1 cup (chopped)

9: brown sugar 1 & 1/2 cup

10: granulated sugar 1 cup

 

 

Instructions

  1. PECAN BREAD PUDDING
    Recipe: Preheat oven 350f, 180c, gas mark 4.
    
    1: grease a foil tray or oven proof dish 9 by 13.
    
    2: cut bugatti in cubes and place it in a bowel.
    
    3: in a bowl add milk, cream, eggs, salt, vanilla, granulated sugar whisk well and pour 
    it on the sliced bugatti, let it soak for 5 to 10 minutes.
    
    4: in another bowl, combine brown sugar butter & pecans mix well.
    
    5: now add half of the bugatti mixture in the greased pan & top it with the pecan mixture add half of it, then add the remaining bugatti mixture and top it with the remaining pecan mixture.
    
    6: place it in the oven and bake it for 45 to 55 minutes.
    
    7: once baked leave to cool for 20 minutes, cut in slices of your choice.
    
    8: serve with tea or coffee.
