KASURI MURGH MALAI

Ingredients

1: chicken 1 kg (cut in 12 to 16 pieces)
2: cream 1/2 cup
3: thick greek yogurt 1/2 cup
4: crushed red chilli 2 tsp

5: crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp

6: salt 1 tsp

7: turmeric 1/4 tsp

8: ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp

9: bullit green chilli 4 (chopped)

10: dry fenugreek leaves 2 tbsp

11: oil 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. KASURI MURGH MALAI

    1: heat oil add ginger & garlic paste, fry on high flame till changes colour slightly.
    2: add the chicken and fry till changes colour, on high flame.

    3: then add crushed red chilli, salt, turmeric, yogurt, water 1 glass, wait for a boil on high flame, then cover and cook on low to medium flame till the oil comes on surface and the chicken is cooked.

    4: now add crushed black pepper, dry fenugreek leaves, green chilli, cream mix well and cook on high flame for 2 minutes.

    5: serve hot with roti, naan.
