BADAM AUR SOOJI KA HALWA

Ingredients

1: almonds 2 cups (crushed)

 2: semolina 1/2 cup

 3: sugar 1 cup (heaped)

 4 milk 2 cups

 5: almonds crushed 20

 6: green cardamom powder 1/2 tsp

 7: saffron 1/4 tsp

 8: ghee 1/2 cup 

Instructions

  1. BADAM AUR SOOJI KA HALWA

     1: in a frying pan add the crushed almonds and dry roast, till gets light golden, on high flame and then keep aside.

     2: in a pan add milk, sugar, saffron mix and cook till the sugar dissolves, on high flame.

     3: heat ghee and add semolina, fry till gets nice golden, on medium to high flame.

     4: then add the almonds with semolina and fry for 2 to 3 minutes, on medium to high flame.

     5: now add the milk, green cardamom powder and mix well, cook till gets thick.

     6: garnish it with almonds.

     7: serve hot, warm.
