Instructions
-
1. In a bowl, combine the beef mince, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix well, cover, and let it marinate for 30 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, prepare the burger sauce by mixing mayonnaise, tomato ketchup, finely chopped onions, finely chopped gherkins, and salt. Transfer the sauce to a container and refrigerate.
3. Take a small tortilla and spread a moderate amount of the marinated mince, as shown in the accompanying video.
4. Heat a frying pan, brush it with a little oil, and place the tortilla with the mince side facing down. Cook for 2 to 4 minutes on a medium flame until the mince is cooked.
5. Once the mince side is cooked, flip the tortilla and cook the other side until it becomes crisp.
6. Now, assemble the taco by placing a slice of cheese, followed by onions, tomatoes, lettuce, gherkins, and a generous drizzle of the prepared burger sauce.
7. Serve the McDonald's Tacos hot, accompanied by fries and your favorite drinks.
