Tawa Paneer Keema

Best Season: Suitable throughout the year

Ingredients

 1: oil 1/2 cup

 2: butter 100g

 3: ginger & garlic paste 1 & 1/2 tbsp

 4: onion 2 medium (grind)

 5: cumin seeds 1 & 1/2 tsp

 6: chicken mince 1 kg

 7: crushed black pepper 1 tsp (heaped)

 8: crushed red chilli 1 & 1/2 tbsp

 9: salt 1 & 1/2 tsp

10: turmeric 1 tsp

11: yogurt 1 cup

12: paneer 150g (cut in small cubes) ( check my Paneer Video )

13: Bullet green chilli 5 (sliced)

14: lemon juice 2 tbsp

15: garam masala powder 1 tsp

16: onion 1 large (fry it)

17: fresh coriander handful

18: cumin seeds 1 tsp (dry roasted & crushed)

  1. 1: heat oil and butter add ginger & garlic paste, onion, and cumin seeds mix, and fry till changes colour, on high flame.

    2: add chicken mince mix well and cook till the chicken mince goes white, on high flame.

    3: then add crushed black pepper, crushed red chilli, salt, and turmeric mix well and add yogurt mix and cook on medium flame till the oil separates.

    4: now add paneer, bullet green chilli, lemon juice, garam masala powder mix well add fried onions, coriander leaves mix well on high flame for a few minutes.

    5: garnish it with a little dry roasted cumin.

    6: Served hot with naan, and roti.
