Ingredients

 This is about chicken recipe called Pudina Malai Murgh - Chicken Recipe - Creamy Mint Chicken Recipe in Urdu - Hindi By Chef Faiza Zarif ( Cook With Faiza ) 

 

 To Marinate Chicken:

 1: chicken 1 kg

 2: salt 1 & 1/2 tsp

 3: dry mint 2 tsp (or) fresh 15 leaves chopped

 4: turmeric 1/2 tsp

 5: red chilli powder 1 & 1/2 tsp

 6: ginger & garlic paste 2 tbsp

 

 Other Ingredients:

 1: clarified butter 1/2 cup (heaped)

 2: cinnamon sticks 2

 3: black cardamom 3

 4: cumin seeds 1 tsp

 5: onions 2 large (grind)

 6: almonds 12 (grind with little milk or water to make a paste)

 7: cream 1/2 cup

 8: fresh mint leaves 15 (chopped)

 9: ginger 1 & 1/2 inch (Julian cut)

10: bullet green chilli 4 (sliced)

Instructions

  1.  1: marinate chicken with ingredients under marination, mix well and keep aside for 1 hour.

     2: heat ghee add cinnamon sticks, black cardamom, cumin seeds, onion and fry on high flame till gets golden.

     3: now add the marinated chicken mix and cook on high flame till the chicken changes colour.

     4: add 1/2 cup (or) 1 cup water mix, cover and cook on low to medium flame till the chicken is tender and ghee comes on surface.

     5: then add almonds, cream, mint, ginger, bullet green chilli  mix and cook further till the ghee separates.

     6: garnish with a little ginger, cream, green chilli.

     7: serve hot with Naan, Roti or Paratha.
