Hyderabadi Dum Ka Gosht

Ingredients

This recipe is about Hyderabadi Dum Ka Gosht || Dum Ka Gosht Recipe || Mutton Curry || Mutton Recipe in Urdu - Hindi By Chef Faiza Zarif  ( Cook With Faiza ) 

 

 For Marination:

 1: mutton 1kg 

 2: ginger & garlic paste 2 tbsp

 3: lemon juice 3 tbsp

 4: green chilli 4 (chopped)

 5: fried onions 1 cup

 6: salt 1 & 1/2 tsp

 7: coriander powder 1 & 1/2 tbsp

 8: red chilli powder 2 tsp

 9: turmeric 1/2 tsp

10: garam masala powder 1 tsp

11: cumin powder 2 tsp

12: black pepper powder 1 tsp

13: desiccated coconut 5 tbsp

14: yogurt 1 cup

15: fresh coriander 3 tbsp

16: mint 10 leaves (chopped)

 

 Other Ingredients:

 1: oil 3/4 cup

 2: onion 2 large (grind)

 3: cinnamon sticks 2

 4: green cardamom 6

 5: water 1 & 1/2 glass

 6: green chilli 5

 7: fresh coriander hand-full

Instructions

  1.  1: in a bowl add all ingredients under marination in a bowl mix well and keep aside for 2 hours.

     2: heat oil add onion and fry on high flame till gets golden.

     3: add the marinated meat mix and fry on high flame for 10 minutes.

     4: then add cinnimon stick, green cardamom, water mix, cover and cook on low to medium flame till the meat is tender and oil seperates.

     5: now add green chilli, coriander mix.

     6: serve hot with Roti, Naan, Paratha or Rice.
