Ingredients

 To Make Green Masala:

 1: ginger & garlic paste 3 tbsp

 2: green chilli 8

 3: bell-pepper 2 medium (deseeded)

 4: fresh coriander 4 tbsp

 

 Other Ingredients:

 1: oil 1 cup

 2: cumin seeds 2 tsp

 3: onions 2 medium (finely chopped)

 4: tomatoes 2 large (grind)

 5: beef mince 1 kg

 6: salt 1 & 1/2 tsp

 7: lemon juice 2 tbsp

 8: garam masala powder 1 tsp

 9: turmeric 1/2 tsp

10: black pepper powder 1 tsp

11: red chilli powder 1 & 1/2 tsp

12: coriander powder 2 tsp

13: yogurt 1 cup

14: peas 2 cups

15: water 1/2 cup

16: green chilli 3 (chopped)

17: fresh coriander hand-full

18: dill 3 tbsp

Instructions

  1. 1: to make the masala in a blender add all ingredients under masala, grind to a paste.

     2: heat oil add cumin seeds, onions and fry on high flame till gets golden.

     3: once the onions are golden add tomatoes, green masala mix well and cook on high flame till the oil seperates.

     4: now add the mince mix well and cook on high flame till changes colour.

     5: add salt, lemon juice, garam masala powder, turmeric, black pepper powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, yogurt mix and cook on high flame for 4 to 5 minutes.

     6: then add the peas, water mix cover and cook on medium flame till the oil seperates.

     7: now add green chilli, fresh coriander, dill mix.

     8: serve hot with Roti, Naan or Paratha.
