Nizami Chop Masala

Ingredients

To Make Paste:

 1: ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp

 2: desiccated coconut 2 tbsp

 3: almond 20

 4: fried onions 1 cup

 5: milk 1/2 cup

 To Marinate Meat:

 1: mutton chops 1 kg

 2: green chilli 2 (chopped)

 3: coriander powder 1 & 1/2 tbsp

 4: red chilli powder 1 & 1/2 tsp

 5: salt 1 & 1/2 tsp

 6: cumin powder 2 tsp

 7: turmeric 1 tsp

 8: garam masala powder 1 tsp

 9: lemon juice 2 tbsp

10: oil 3 tbsp

11: ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp

12: yogurt 1 cup

13: mint 2 tbsp

14: corainder 2 tbsp

 For Cooking:

 1: oil 3/4 cup

 2: cloves 7

 3: green cardamom 6

 4: cinnamon stick 3 small pieces

 5: onions 2 medium (grind)

 6: green chilli 6

Instructions

  1.  1: in a blender add ginger & garlic paste, desiccated coconut, almonds, fried onions, milk and grind to a smooth paste.

     2: to marinate the mutton chops add all ingredients under marination, mix well and keep aside for 1 hour.

     3: heat oil add cloves, green cardamom, cinnamon sticks, onions and fry till gets golden on high flame.

     4: add the marinated mutton and fry for 7 to 8 minutes, on high flame.

     5: now add the grinned mixture of almonds, mix well and cook for further 3 to 4 minutes on high flame.

     6: then add water 1 & 1/2 glass mix, wait for a boil on high flame and then cover and cook on low to medium flame till the meat is tender and oil separates.

     7: add a few green chilli mix.

     8: serve hot with roti, naan.
