For Marinating Chicken:
1: boneless chicken 1 kg (cut into cubes)
2: yogurt 1/2 cup
3: salt 1 tsp
4: cumin seeds 1 tsp (dry roasted & crushed)
5: red chilli powder 1 tsp
6: paprika powder 1 tsp
7: ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp
8: lemon juice 2 tbsp
To Make The Sauce:
1: mayonnaise 1/3 cup
2: yogurt 1/4 cup
3: salt 1 tsp
4: lemon juice 1 tbsp
5: red chilli powder 1 /2 tsp
6: garlic cloves 3
7: green chilli 4
8: mint leaves 10
9: coriander leaves hand full
Other Ingredients:
1: oil 4 tbsp
2: coriander leaves 2 tbsp
3: bbq sauce 6 tbsp
4: onion 1 medium
5: bell pepper 1 medium
6: coal to smoke the chicken
7: tortillas as many as required
8: lettuce
9: cheese slices
Instructions

1: in a bowl add chicken with all ingredients under marination, mix well, and leave it for 1 hour.
2: in a blender add all ingredients under sauce, grind to a smooth paste, and keep in the fridge for later.
3: in a pan heat oil and add the marinated chicken, cook on high flame till the chicken changes color, now add water cover and cook on low to medium flame till the chicken is tender and the oil separates.
4: now add coriander leaves, BBQ sauce, onion, and bell pepper mix, and sauté for 2 minutes on high flame.
5: heat a coal and smoke the chicken as shown in the video.
6: take a tortilla, lettuce, sauce made earlier, chicken mixture, sauce, cheese slice in the middle and now fold inwards to make a wrap as shown in the video.
7: heat a frying pan, brush some oil place the wrap, and warm it till gets crisp on both sides, brush a little oil.
8: Served hot with fries, and cold drinks.
