Mushroom Matar Masala Recipe

Ingredients

 1: tomatoes 2 large (grind)

 2: onions 3 medium (grind)

 3: yogurt 1/2 cup

 4: peas 1 cup (frozen)

 5: mushroom 400g (sliced)

 6: oil 1/4 cup

 7: butter 70g

 8: green chilli 3 (grind)

 9: ginger & garlic paste 2 tbsp

10: cream 1/2 cup

11: cinnamon stick 1

12: green cardamom 3

13: cumin seeds 1 tsp

14: garam masala powder 1 tsp

15: fenugreek leaves 1 tbsp

16: green chilli 3 (chopped)

17: corainder powder 2 tsp

18: turmeric 1 tsp

19: red chilli powder 1 tsp

20: salt 1 tsp

21: kashmiri powder 1 tsp

22: coriander handfull

Instructions

  1.  1: heat oil, butter add cumin seeds, green cardamom, cinnimon sick, onion and fry on high flame till gets golden.

     2: add ginger & garlic, green chilli mix and fry for futher 4 minutes.

     3: then add tomatoes, corainder powder, turmeric, red chilli, kashmiri red chilli,

    salt, water 1/2 cup mix and cook on low to medium flame till the oil seperates.

     4:  now add yogurt mix, cover and cook on low flame till the oil seperates.

     5: add cream, peas, mushrooms mix, cover and cook on low to medium flame for 7 to 8 minutes.

     6: now add fenugreek leaves, garam masala powder, fresh coriander mx well.

     7: serve hot with roti, rice, bread.
