Masala Fried Chicken

Ingredients

Masala Fried Chicken ke mazaydar duniya mein kho jayen! Is lazeez aur aasan tarkeeb wali video mein, sikhen masaledar masala spices se bhare chicken fry banane ka perfect tariqa. Khushboo dar masala flavors ko ghane tarangon mein milane ke raaz ko jaaniye. Humare saath is pakwan safar par shamil ho jayen aur is lazeez dish ki mazaydar zaiqay ko maza len. Abhi dekhen aur Masala Fried Chicken ki munfarid khushi ka maza uthayen! 

 

 To Marinate Chicken:

 1: chicken 1 kg

 2: chicken masala powder 1 & 1/2 tsp

 3: coriander powder 1 tbsp

 4: cumin powder 2 tsp

 5: red chilli powder 1 & 1/2 tsp

 6: kashmiri red chilli 1 tbsp

 7: salt 1 & 1/2 tsp

 8: fennel powder 1 tsp

 9: garam masala powder 1 tsp

10: green cardamom powder 1 tsp

11: black pepper powder 1 tsp

12: turmeric 1/2 tsp

13: lemon juice 3 tbsp

14: ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp

 

 

 Other Ingredients:

 1: oil 1 cup

 2: cinnamon sticks 2

 3: cumin seeds 1 tsp

 4: onions 2 large (grind)

 5: ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp

 6: tomato paste 1/2 cup

 7: yogurt 1 cup

 8: water 1 cup

 9: coriander leaves hand full

10: bullet green chilli 4

Instructions

  1. 1: in a bowl add chicken and all ingredients under marination, mix well cover and keep aside for 1 hour.

     2: heat oil add the marinated chicken, fry on high flame for 4 to 5 minutes and then remove the chicken from the oil and keep aside.

     3: in the same oil add cinnamon stick, cumin seeds, onion and fry on high flame till the oil seperates.

     4: then add the tomato paste and cook on high flame till the oil seperates.

     5: now add the chicken cook on high flame for a few minutes.

     6: add yogurt mix, add water cover and cook on low to medium till the chicken is tender and oil seperates.

     7: then add coriander leaves, green chilli mix.

     8: serve hot with Roti, Naan, Paratha or Rice.
