Cheesy Mutton Recipe

Ingredients

 

 To Make The Paste:

 1: cream cheese 2 tbsp (for homemade check the link)

 2: dessecated coconut 2 tbsp

 3: fresh curry leaves 20 (or) dry 2 tbsp

 4: green chilli 5

 5: mint half a cup (or)25 to 30 leaves

 6: coriander 1 cup (or) 1 bunch

 7: milk (or) water 1/2 cup

 

 Other Ingredients:

 1: oil 1 cup

 2: onions 2 medium (finely chopped)

 3: mutton 1 kg

 4: ginger & garlic paste 2 tbsp

 5: red chilli powder 1 & 1/2 tsp

 6: turmeric 1/2 tsp

 7: salt 1 & 1/2 tsp

 8: tomatoes 5 large (grind)

 9: dry fenugreek leaves 1 tbsp

10: garam masala powder 1 tsp

11: green chilli 5 to 6

 
 

Instructions

  1. Cheesy Mutton Recipe

    1: in a blender add all ingredients under paste, grind well and keep aside.

    2: heat oil add onions and fry till gets golden.

    3: add the meat, ginger & garlic paste, red chilli, turmeric, salt and cook on high flame for 4 minutes.

    4: then add the tomatoes and cook on high flame for 6 minutes with the meat.

    5: add the cream cheese mixture and cook for 4 minutes on high flame, add water 3 glass and wait for a boil on high flame, cover and cook on low to medium flame till the meat is tender and oil separates.

    6: add fenugreek leaves, garam masala powder, green chilli mx well.

    7: serve hot with naan, rot, paratha.
