Quick Chicken Spring Roll

Ingredients

For Filling:

 1: oil 1 tbsp

 2: bullet green chilli 3 (finely chopped)

 3: bell-pepper 1 medium (deseeded & sliced)

 4: carrot 1 medium (grated)

 5: cabbage 2 cups (sliced)

 6: dark soy sauce 2 tbsp

 7: crushed red chilli 1 tsp (heaped)

 8: black pepper powder 1 tsp (heaped)

 9: salt 1 tsp

10: chicken powder 1 tsp

11: chicken 500g (boiled & shredded)

12: eggs 3 (boiled & chopped)

 

 Other Ingredients:

 1: spring roll sheets

 2: egg

 3: oil to fry

Instructions

  1. 1: heat oil add bullet green chilli, bell-pepper, carrot, cabbage mix well on high flame.

     2: add dark soy sauce, crushed red chilli, black pepper powder, salt, chicken powder mix well on high flame.

     3: add boiled & shredded chicken, eggs mix and leave to cool completely.

     4: now add the filling in the sheets roll and seal with egg (CAN FREEZE AT THIS STAGE FOR A MONTH).

     5: heat oil.

     6: fry till golden and crisp and then place on paper towel to remove extra oil.

     7: serve hot with sweet chilli sauce, ketchup.
