Chicken Bread Pakora

Ingredients

Filling:

 1: boneless chicken 1/2 kg

 2: yogurt 3 tbsp

 3: food colour 1/4 tsp

 4: black pepper powder 1 tsp 

 5: tandoori masala 1 tsp

 6: salt 1 tsp

 7: vinegar 1 & 1/2 tbsp

 8: ginger & garlic 1 & 1/2 tsp

 9: crushed red chilli 1 tsp

 

 Batter:

 1: gram flour 1 cup

 2: red chilli powder 1 tsp

 3: cumin seeds 1 tsp (dry roasted & crushed)

 4: salt 1 tsp

 5: food colour 1/4 tsp

 6: water to make batter

 

 Other Ingredients:

 1: oil 1 tbsp

 2: mayonnaise 3 tbsp

 3: bread slices 

 4: baking soda 1/4 tsp

Instructions

  1.  1: in a bowl add chicken and all ingredients under filling mx well and keep aside.

     2: heat oil add the chicken and fry on high flame for 3 minutes and then add crushed red chilli mix cover and cook on low to medium flame till the chicken is tender.

     3: then shredded the chicken.

     4: place the cooked chicken in a bowl and add mayonnaise mix well. and leave to cool.

     5: in a bowl add all ingredients under batter mix well, make sure the batter is not too thin or thick.

     6: cut the sides of the read slices, roll thin with the rolling pin.

     7: add the filling roll and seal the edge with water.

     8: cut in bite size pieces or keep it as a roll.

     9: heat oil.

    10: add baking soda in the batter mix well.

    11: dip the bread in the batter and place it in the hot oil, fry till gets golden and crisp, remove and place on paper towel.

    12: serve hot with mint chutney, sweet imli chutney.
