Chicken White Sauce With Spaghetti

Ingredients

Chicken Marination:

 1: boneless chicken 1 kg (cut in thin strips)

 2: vinegar 4 tbsp

 3: ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp

 4: dark soy sauce 2 tbsp

 5: green chilli paste 1 tbsp

 6: salt 1 tsp

 7: black pepper powder 1 tsp

 8: egg 1 (or) little water

 9: plain flour 3 tbsp (heaped)

10: cornflour 3 tbsp (heaped)

11: oil for deep frying

 

 For Noodles:

 1: salted butter 150g

 2: garlic 1 tbsp (crushed)

 3: spaghetti 1 kg (boiled with salt 2 tbsp)

 4: dry parsley 1 tbsp

 

 For White Sauce:

 1: salted butter 100g

 2: plain flour 8 tbsp

 3: milk 2 cups

 4: water 2 cups

 5: black pepper powder 1 tsp

 6: salt 1 tsp

 7: mustard paste (or) powder 1 tsp

 8: chicken cube 1

 9: cheddar cheese 2 cups

Instructions

  1.  1: in a bowl add chicken, vinegar, ginger & garlic paste, dark soy sauce, green chilli, salt, black pepper mix well.

     2: now add egg, plan flour, cornflour mix well.

     3: heat oil.

     4: add the chicken pieces and fry till golden and crisp on medium flame, then place on paper towel to remove extra oil.

     5: melt butter add garlic and fry for a few seconds and add the spaghetti, parsley mix well.

     6: for white sauce, melt butter add plain flour and cook on medium flame for 1 minute.

     7: close the flame add the milk slowly and whisk along so they are no lumps.

     8: now add water, black pepper, salt, mustard paste, chicken cube mix well and on the flame to medium and cook while whisking along till the sauce gets thick.

     9: then add the cheese mix well till melts.

    10: to serve place spaghetti, fried chicken and top it with the sauce and little parsley.

    11:serve hot with dinner rolls, boiled veg and enjoy.
