Sugar Free Kheer

Ingredients

1: milk 1 litre

 2: rice 1/4 cup (soaked in water 2 hours and then crushed)

 3: carrot 1 medium (grated)

 4: melon seeds 2 tbsp (charmagaz)

 5: green cardamom powder 1 tsp

 6: dates 8 (chopped)

 7: pistichos 2 tbsp (chopped)

 8: almonds 2 tbsp (chopped)

 9: sweetners 1/2 to 1 cup (can use splender, stevia, canderel, equal any sweenter you can find)

10: kewra water 1 tbsp

11: nuts for garnishing

Instructions

  1. 1: place milk in a pot and bring it to a boil on high flame.

     2: add the soaked & crushed rice, carrot mix and cook on medium flame for 3 minutes.

     3: now add melon seeds, green cardamom powder, dates, pistachios, almonds mix cover and cook on low flame till the rice is tender and milk gets thick.

     4: then add the low sweetener, kewra water mix and cook till the texture gets thick.

     5: garnish it with more nuts.

     6: serve chilled or warm.
