Chicken Sub Sandwich
Ingredients
For Filling:
1: oil 2 tbsp
2: onion 1 large (sliced)
3: bell-peppers 2 medium (sliced & deseeded)
4: salt 1/2 tsp (levelled)
5: crushed red chilli 1/2 tsp (levelled)
6: black pepper powder 1/2 tsp (levelled)
7: oil 2 tbsp
8: crushed garlic 1 tbsp (heaped)
9: boneless chicken 1/2 kg (cut in strips)
10: dark soya sauce 1 tbsp (heaped)
11: cumin powder 1 tsp
12: salt 1/2 tsp
13: red chli powder 1 tsp (levelled)
14: crushed red chilli 1/2 tsp
15: paprika powder 1 tsp
16: oregano 1 tsp
Other Ingredients:
1: buns
2: cheese slices
3: mayonnaise
4: sweet chilli sauce
Instructions

1: heat oil add the onions, bell-peppers and fry till the onions get a little colour on the edges on high flame for 3 to 4 minutes.
2: now add salt, red chilli, black pepper mix and cook for 2 minutes on high flame, then keep aside.
3: heat oil add garlic and fry, add the chicken and cook on high flame till the chicken changes colour.
4: add dark soya sauce, cumin powder, red chilli, crushed red chilli, salt, paprika, oregano mix well cover and cook on low to medium flame till the chicken is tender (can add 1/2 cup of water to cook the chicken).
5: warm the buns as shown in the video with a little oil or butter.
6: spread mayonnaise, add cheese slices, top it with the chicken filling, sweet chilli sauce.
7: serve hot with cold drinks.
