Chinese Chicken Pakora

Ingredients

 1: boneless chicken 250g (cut in very small pieces)

 2: dark soya sauce 1 tbsp

 3: vinegar 1 tbsp

 4: chili garlic sauce 1 tbsp

 5: garlic paste 1 tsp

 6: black pepper powder 1 tsp

 7: salt 1 tsp

 8: chicken powder 1 tsp

 9: carrot 1 medium (grated)

10: spring onion 1 (chopped)

11: green chilli 2 (chopped)

12: sweet corn 1/2 cup

13: cabbage 1 cup (finely sliced)

14: cornflour 4 tbsp (heaped)

15: plain flour 5 tbsp (heaped)

16: egg 1

17: water 1 /4 cup

18: baking powder 1/2 tsp

 

Other Ingredients:

1: oil for frying

Instructions

  1.  1: in a bowl add all ingredients mix well.

     2: heat oil.

     3: add the mixture in small bite size pieces and fry till gets golden and crips on medium to high flame, then remove and place it on paper towel to remove extra oil.

     4: serve hot with sweet chilli sauce, ketchup.
