Chicken Masala Fry
Ingredients
1: oil 1/2 cup
2: curry leaves fresh 15 to 20 (or) dry a pinch
3: onions 2 large (grind)
4: ginger & garlic paste 2 tbsp
5: green chili 6 (chopped)
6: tomatoes 3 large (grind)
7: red chili powder 1 & 1/2 tsp
8: salt 1 & 1/2 tsp
9: turmeric 1/2 tsp
10: chicken 1 kg
11: tamarind pulp 1/4 cup (imli ka guda)
12: sugar 1 tsp (heaped)
13: garam masala powder 1 tsp
14: green chili 2 (chopped)
15: fresh coriander leaves hand full
Instructions

1: heat oil adds curry leaves, onions, ginger & garlic paste, green chili fry till the onions get golden.2: now add tomatoes, salt, red chili, turmeric mix, and cook on medium flame till the oil comes on the surface.3: add the chicken and cook for 4 minutes on high flame till the chicken changes color.4: then add a cup of water and wait for a boil on high flame, cover and cook on low to medium flame till the chicken is tender and oil comes on the surface.5: now add tamarind, sugar, garam masala powder, fresh coriander, green chili mix well, and cook on high flame for 4 minutes.6: Served hot with roti, naan, boiled rice.
