Aloo Ki Bhujia 2

Ingredients

1: oil 1 cup

 2: onions 4 large onions (finely sliced)

 3: button red chilli 25 (or to your taste)

 4: cumin seeds 1 & 1/2 tsp

 5: tomatoes 5 medium (sliced)

 6: salt 1 & 1/2 tsp

 7: turmeric 1/2 tsp

 8: ginger 2 inch (Julian cut)

 9: bullit chilli 3 (sliced)

10: potatoes 1 kg (peeled and sliced)

11: fresh coriander hand full

12: garam masala powder 1 tsp

Instructions

  1.  1: heat oil add onions, dry red chilli and fry tll gets golden, then remove it from the oil and place it on paper towel to cool and then crushit in a chopper or by your hands.

     2: in the remainng oil add the cumin seeds, tomatoes, salt, turmeric, ginger mix well and cook till the tomatoes reduce oil comes on surface, on high flame.

     3: now add green chilli, potatoes mix well add 1/2 cup of water, cover and cook till the potatoes are tender on medium flame.

     4: then add the onion mixtuer mix well and simmer on low flame for futher 8 minutes.

     5: add the remaining green chilli, ginger, fresh corainder, garam masala powder mix.

     6: serve hot with roti, paratha.
