Masala Corn Sabzi Recipe
Ingredients
1: oil 4 tbsp
2: butter 2 tbsp
3: cumin seeds 1 & 1/2 tsp
4: onions 2 medium (finely chopped)
5: ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp
6: green chilli 4 (sliced)
7: bell pepper 3 (chopped)
8: cashew nuts 10 ( grind with little water or milk)
9: salt 1 tsp
10: turmeric 1/2 tsp
11: coriander powder 2 tsp
13: dry mango powder 1 tsp
14: garam masala powder 1 tsp
15: dry fenugreek leaves 1 tbsp
16: tomatoes 4 small (grind)
17: lemon juice 1 tsp
18: water 20ml
19: sweet corn 325g (3 cans each is 325g)
20: cottage cheese 200g (chopped)
21: cream 2 tbsp
22: coals to smoke the curry
Instructions
-
1: heat oil and butter add cumin seeds, onions and fry on high flame till the onions get golden.
2: add ginger & garlic paste aqnd fry on high flame for 3 to 4 minutes.
3: now add green chilli, bellpeppers mix and cook on high flame for 3 to 4 minutes.
4: add cashew nut paste, salt, turmeric, red chilli powder, coriander powder, dry mango powder, garam masala powder, dry fenugreek leaves, tomatoes, lemon juice, water mix and cook on high flame, till the water dries and oil separates.
5: now add the sweet corn, cottage cheese, cream mix well and smoke the curry with the coals.
6: cook tillt the oil seperates.
7: garnish with a little cream.
8: serve hot with roti, naan, paratha.
