Anda Keema Korma

Ingredients

 1: oil 1/2 cup

 2: cumin seeds   1/2 tsp

 3: onion 1 large (grind)

 4: ginger & grlic paste 1 tbsp (heaped)

 5: korma masala powder 2 tsp

 6: turmeric 1/2 tsp

 7: salt 1/2 tsp

 8: garam masala powder 1 tsp

 9: red chilli powder 1 tsp

10: coriander powder 2 tsp

11: tomatoes 3 large (grind)

12: yogurt 1 cup

13: mutton mince 1 kg

14: boiled eggs 10 (you can use less)

15: green chilli 8 to 10

16: fresh coriander handful

Instructions

  1. 1: heat oil add cumin seeds, onions, ginger & garlic paste and fry on high flame till gets golden.

     2: now add korma masala powder, turmeric, salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, tomatoes mix well and cook on medium flame till the oil separates.

     3: add the yogurt mix and cook on medium flame till the oil separates.

     4: then add the mince and cook on high flame for 7 to 8 minutes.

     5: now add water 1 & 1/2 cup mix and cook on medium flame till the water dries completely and then on high flame cook for for to 5 minutes.

     6: add the boiled eggs, green chilli and simmer on low flame for 5 minutes.

     7: now add fresh coriander mix well.

     8: serve hot with roti, naan, paratha.
