Hara Masala Kasuri Gosht

Ingredients

To Make Hara Masala:

 1: salt 1/2 tsp

 2: green chilli 2

 3: water 1/3 cup

 4: garlic 1 whole bulb

 

 To Make The Masala:

 1: onions 2 large

 2: green chilli 12

 3: oil 1/4 cup

 

 Other Ingredients:

 1: mutton 1 kg

 2: oil 1/2 cup

 3: cumin seeds 1 & 1/2 tsp

 4: fenugreek seeds 1/2 tsp

 5: onions 2 large (grind)

 6: red chilli powder 1 tsp

 7: salt 1 & 1/2 tsp

 8: turmeric 1/2 tsp

 9: dry fenugreek leaves 5 tbsp

10: spring onions 250g (chopped)

11: lemon juice 3 tbsp

13: garam masala powder 1 tsp

Instructions

  1.  1: in a grinder add water, salt, green chilli, garlic and grind to a paste.

     2: in a handi add the meat, the grind masala, water 4 glasses mix and boil the meat till gets tender and once boiled remove the meat from the remaing stock, keep the stock.

     3: in a grinder add onions, green chilli, oil and grind to a paste.

     4: heat oil add cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds and the onion and green chilli grind mixture, fry on high flame till changes colour.

     5: then add tomatoes,red chilli powder, salt, turmeric, dry fenugreek leaves mix and cook on high flame till the oil seperates.

     6: add the boiled meat, remaining stock or water 1 cup mix and cook on medium flame till the oil seperates.

     7: now add spring onions, green chilli, lemon juice, garam masala powder mix and simmer for a few minutes.

     8: serve hot with roti, naan, paratha.
