Band Gobhi Keema
Ingredients
2: onions 3 medium (finely sliced)
3: black cardamom 2
4: cinnamon sticks 2 pieces
5: cumin seeds 1 & 1/2 tsp
6: ginger & garlic paste 1 & 1/2 tbsp
7: green chilli 3 (sliced)
8: tomatoes 4 large (grind)
9: coriander powder 1 tbsp
10: cumin powder 2 tsp
11: salt 1 & 1/2 tsp
12: turmeric 1/2 tsp
13: red chilli powder 2 tsp
14: yogurt 1 cup
15: mutton mince 1 kg
16: cabbage 1/2 kg (sliced)
17: garam masala powder 1 tsp
18: green chilli 5
19: dry fenugreek leaves 1 tbsp
Instructions

1: heat oil add onions, black cardamom, cinnamon sticks, cumin seeds, ginger & garlic paste and fry on high flame till gets golden.
2: then add green chilli, tomatoes, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt, turmeric, red chilli powder, yogurt mix well and cook on high flame till the oil separates.
3: add the mince and cook on high flame for 5 minutes or till changes colour.
4: now add the cabbage mix and cook on low flame for 20 to 25 minutes, then cook further on high flame to dry the water completely.
5: add garam masala powder, green chilli, dry fenugreek leaves mix well and cook on high flame for 5 minutes.
6: serve hot with roti, paratha, rice.
