Chicken Fried Rice

Ingredients

 

 Fried Eggs:

 1: oil 1 & 1/2 tbsp

 2: eggs 5 (beat with salt 1/4 tsp)

 

 Other Ingredients:

 1: oil 1/3 cup

 2: garlic 1 & 1/2 tbsp (crushed)

 3: boneless chicken 500g (cut in thin strips)

 4: sugar 2 tsp

 5: salt 1 tsp

 6: white pepper powder 2 tsp

 7: black pepper powder 1 & 1/2 tsp

 8: chicken powder 1 & 1/2 tbsp

 9: vinegar 2 tbsp

 10: dark soy sauce 3 tbsp

 11: bullet green chilli 4 (sliced)

 12: spring onion 1 cup (chopped)

 13: bellpepper 1 medium (sliced)

 14: cabbage 2 cup (sliced)

 15: carrots 1 cup (grated)

 

 For Rice:

 1: rice 1 kg (boil the rice 80% with salt 1 & 1/2 tbsp)

 

Instructions

  1. Chicken Fried Rice

     1: heat oil and add the beaten eggs, fry it and scramble it, keep aside.

     2: heat oil add garlic and fry till changes colour.

     3: add the chicken and fry till changes colour on high flame.

     4: now add sugar, salt, white pepper, black pepper, chicken powder, vinager, soy sauce mix and cook on high flame till the oil comes on the surface.

     5: add green chilli, spring onion, cabbage, bellpepper, carrots and mix well on high flame.

     6: add the scrambled eggs mix, boiled rice mix it and cover the lid with a tea towel, simmer t on low flame for 12 to 15 minutes.

     7: serve hot with any Chinese Curry of your choice.
