Upside Down Banana Cake

Ingredients

 

 For Sauce:

 1: sugar 150g

 2: unsalted butter 1 tbsp

 3: pecan 25 sliced (or) any nuts you like (optional)

 

 For Cake:

 1: bananas 2 (sliced)

 2: eggs 3

 3: sugar 120g

 4: vegetable oil 120ml

 5: vanilla essences 1 tbsp

 6: yogurt 150ml (room temperature)

 7: flour 300g

 8: baking powder 1 tbsp

 9: milk 60ml

 

Instructions

  1. Upside Down Banana Cake

     preheat oven 15 minutes before (350f, 180c, gas mark 4).

     

     1: in a frying add sugar and let melt on low flame.

     2: add butter mix and transfer it to a cake tin.

     3: place the sliced bananas and nut.

     4: in a blender add sugar, oil, vanilla essences, yogurt, eggs blend till all ingredients are combined.

     5: transfer the mixture in a bowl add flour, baking powder mix well.

     6: add milk and beat again.

     7: transfer the batter in the cake tin.

     8: take a baking tray add hot water and place the cake tin in it.

     9: place the tray in the oven and bake for 30 minutes.

    10: once baked leave it for 5 minutes and then flip the cake.

    11: serve with tea coffee.
