Gajar Ki Kheer

Ingredients

 

 1: milk 2 cups

 2: evaporated milk 410g (1 can)

 3: cream 1 cup

 4: carrots 250g (grated and steamed)

 5: sweetened condensed milk 397g (1 can)

 6: vanilla custard 1 tbsp mixed with little milk

 7: kewra water 1 tbsp (or) green cardamom powder 1/2 tsp

 

Instructions

  1. Gajar Ki Kheer

     1: in a pot add milk, evaporated milk, cream, steamed carrots and wait for a boil on medium flame.

     2: then add the sweetened condensed milk mix and cook for 4 minutes on medium flame.

     3: then add kewra water, custard mixture and cook on high flame till the kheer gets thick.

     4: leave to cool down.

     5: garnish it with almonds, pistachios.

     6: serve chilled.
