Tandoori Chicken Bread Roll
Ingredients
Chicken Marination:
1: yogurt 4 tbsp
2: ginger & garlic paste 1 & 1/2 tsp
3: lemon juice 2 tbsp
4: garam masala powder 1 tsp
5: cumin powder 1 tsp
6: corainder powder 1 tsp
7: red chilli powder 1 tsp
8: paparika powder 1 tsp
9: salt 1 tsp
10:boneless chicken 1/2 kg
For Frying Chicken:
1: 3 tbsp oil
Ingredients For Roll:
1: bread slices as many required
2: eggs 4 (or as many required)
3: bread crumbs fresh (or) dry
4: mint chutney
5: mozzarella cheese (1 cup)
6: onion 1 medium (finely chopped)
7: oil for frying
8: salt 1/4 tsp
9: crushed red chilli 1/2 tsp

Tandoori Chicken Bread Roll
1: in a bowl add all ingredients under marinaton mix well and keep aside for 1 hour.
2: heat oil add the chicken with the marination and cook till tender on low to medium flame, then leave it to cool completely.
3: shred the chicken.
4: cut the sides of the bread and roll it flat completely.
5: spread mint chutny, add the chicken, onons, mozzarella cheese and roll it.
6: grind the sides of the bread to make fresh bread crumbs.
7: beat eggs with salt, crushed red chilli.
8: now dip the rolls in the eggs and then in the bread crumbs.
9: heat oil and fry till gets golden on high flame.
10: serve hot with ketchup.
NOTE: you can keep the chicken mixture in the fridge for 4 days and use it or freeze the rolls for a month.
