Khara Masala Keema

Ingredients

 

 1: oil 1/2 cup

 2: ginger & garlic paste 2 tbsp

 3: mutton mince 1 kg

 4: cumin seeds 1 tsp

 5: cinnamon stick 3 pieces

 6: black pepper corn 1/2 tsp

 7: cloves 6

 8: coriander seeds 2 tsp

 9: black cardamom 4

 10: tomatoes 3 large (chopped)

 11: onion 2 large (sliced)

 12: salt 1 & 1/2 tsp

 13: crushed red chilli 2 tsp

 14: turmeric 1/2 tsp

 15: dry whole red chilli 15

 16: bullit green chilli 3 (chopped)

 17: ginger 2 inch (Julian cut)

 18: garlic 6 cloves (Julian cut)

 19: onion 1 large (sliced)

 20: fresh coriander 1 small bunch

 21: yogurt 3 tbsp

 

Instructions

  1. Khara Masala Keema

     1: heat oil add ginger & garlic paste and fry on high flame for 1 minute.

     2: add the mutton mince and cook on high flame till changes colour.

     3: now add cumin seeds, cinnamon sticks, black peppercorn, cloves, coriander seeds, black cardamom, tomatoes, onions, salt, crushed red chilli, turmeric mix and cook on high flame till the onions soften.

     4: add 1 cup of water mix and cook on medium flame till the oil comes on the surface.

     5: now add the dry whole red chilli, bullit green chilli, ginger, garlic, onion, fresh coriander, yogurt mix and cook on high flame for 3 to 4 minutes.

     6: then simmer on low flame for 3 minutes.

     7: serve hot with roti, naan.
