CHILLI CON CARNE RECIPE

Ingredients

 

 

 1: beef mince 1 kg

 2: red bell pepper 1 large (chop finely)

 3: onions 1 large (chop finely)

 4: crushed black pepper 1 & 1/2 tsp

 5: salt 1 tsp

 6: garlic 4 cloves (crushed)

 7: paprika powder 1 tsp (heaped)

 8: cumin powder 1 & 1/2 tsp

 9: red chilli powder 1 & 1/2 tsp

 10: sugar 1 tsp

 11: tomato puree 2 tbsp

 12: oil 3 tbsp

 13: fresh coriander 3 tbsp or parsley or oregano

 14: crushed tomato can 1 (400g)

 15: kidney beans can 1 (400g)

 16: beef or chicken stock 300ml

 

 

Instructions

  1. CHILLI CON CARNE RECIPE

     1: in pot add heat oil add the onions and fry till gets soft on high flame.

     2: add bell pepper, garlic, paprika powder, cumin powder, salt, red chilli powder, black pepper,  and cook on medium flame for 5 minutes.

     3: now add the mince and cook on high flame till all the water for the mince dries.

     4: add crushed tomatoes, sugar, tomato puree, stock mix well, wait for a boil on a high flame then add the kidney beans cover and simmer on low flame for 20 minutes.

     5: then fresh coriander mix.

     6: serve hot with boiled Rice.
