Ingredients
1: chicken stock 8 cups (check the link in the video for stock)
2: cornflour 2 tbsp (heaped & mixed with water)
3: boneless chicken 1 cup (cut in small strips)
4: prawns 1 cup
5: carrots 1/2 cup (chop finely)
6: cabbage 1 cup (chop finely)
7: mushrooms 1 can (280g and chop finely)
8: spring onions 1/2 cup (only the green part)
9: egg 1
10: hot sauces 1 to 2 tbsp (heaped)
11: oyester sauce 1 to 2 tbsp (heaped)
12: dark soya sauce 2 tbsp (heaped)
13: vinegar 1 tbsp
14: salt 1 & 1/2 tsp
15: black pepper powder 1 tsp
16: oil 2 tbsp

1: heat a oil add chicken and cook till done, on high flame.
2: then add prawns, mashrooms and cook for 4 to 5 minutes, on high flame.
3: now add the chicken stock, vinegar, soya sauce, oyester sauce, chilli sauce, salt, black pepper,
carrots, cabbage mix and wait for a boil on high flame, then cook on low to medium for 2 to 43 minutes.
4: then add the cornflour mixture and mix, cook till gets thick.
5: add spring onions mix it well.
6: beat the egg and add it as showen in the video.
7: serve hot and enjoy.
