CHICKEN MANCHOW SOUP

Ingredients

 

 

 1: chicken stock 8 cups (check the link in the video for stock)

 2: boneless chicken mince 200g

 3: noodles 250g (boiled)

 4: corn flour 3 tbsp mixed with water

 5: spring onions 2 tbsp

 6: garlic 10 cloves (finely chopped)

 7: egg 1

 8: green chilli  2 to 4 (finely chopped)

 9: mushrooms 1 cup

 10: carrots 1 cup

 11: cabbage 1cup

 12: vinegar 1 to 2 tbsp (to your taste)

 13: sugar 1 tsp

 14: hot sauce 1 to 2 tbsp 

 15: dark soya sauce 2 to 3 tbsp

 16: black pepper powder 1 tsp

 17: salt 1 & 1/2 tsp (to your taste)

 18: oil 3 tbsp

 

 

Instructions

  1. CHICKEN MANCHOW SOUP

     1: heat oil add garlic, green chilli and fry for one minute on high flame.

     2: add the chicken and cook on high flame till cooked.

     3: then add carrots, mushrooms, cabbage and fry for 3 minutes, on high flame.

     4: add salt, black pepper, sugar, soya sauce, vinegar, hot sauce, chicken stock mix well, cover and cook on medium flame for 3 minutes.

     5: heat oil and take 3 tbsp of corn flour and sprinkle on the boiled noodles and fry the noodles till crips and keep aside.

     6: now add the corn flour mixture in the soup and cook till gets thick.

     7: sprinkle the spring onions.

     8: to serve add the fried noodles and then top it with the hot soup.

     9: serve hot and enjoy.
