ALOO CHUTNEY BURGER

Ingredients

 

 

 For Aloo Tikki:

 1: potatoes 1 kg (pealed, boiled & mashed)

 2: onions 1 medium (finely chopped)

 3: green chilli 4 (finely chopped)

 4: crushed red chilli 4 tsp

 5: chaat masala 1 tsp

 6: coriander seeds 3 tsp (dry roasted & crushed)

 7: cumin seeds 2 tsp

 8: salt 1 & 1/2 tsp

 9: resh coriander 5 tbsp

 10: eggs 1 or as many required (for frying)

 

 For Chutney:

 1: coriander 1 small bunch

 2: mint 1 small bunch

 3: green chilli 4 

 4: salt 1 tsp

 

 For Assembling:

 1: burger buns

 2: onion finely sliced

 3: tomato ketchup

 4: yogurt 4 tbsp

 

  

Instructions

  1. ALOO CHUTNEY BURGER

     1: in a grinder add mint leaves, coriander leaves, salt, green chilli and grind till smooth and keep aside.

     2: mix well potatoes, salt, chaat masala, salt, coriander, cumin, coriander leaves, onions, green chillis and now grease   your palms and make round flat tikki.

     3: beat egg.

     4: heat oil.

     5: dip the tikkis in the egg and shallow fry till gets golden on high flame.

     6: mix yogurt and mint chutney together.

     7: to assemble the burger: add ketchup to the bun, place the tikki, onions, mint chutney and top t the with the bun.

     8: heat frying pan, add a little oil and warm the burgers as shown in the video.

     9: serve hot with cold drinks.
