BALOCHI KARAHI RECIPE

Ingredients

 

 

 1: chicken 1 kg

 2: onions 2 medium (grind)

 3: yogurt 1 cup

 4: corainder seeds 1 tsp

 5: cumin seeds 1 tsp

 6: pomegranate seeds or powder 1 tsp

 7: crushed red chilli 1 tbsp

 8: salt 1 & 1/2 tsp

 9: ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp

 10: dry fenugreek leaves 1 tbsp

 11: fresh ginger 2 inch (Julian cut)

 12: green chilli 3 (sliced)

 13: oil 1/2 cup

 

 

Instructions

  1. BALOCHI KARAHI RECIPE

     1: in a grinder add cumin, coriander and grind, then mix it with pomegranate powder and keep aside.

     2: heat oil add onion and fry on high flame till gets golden.

     3: add chicken, ginger & garlic paste, salt and fry on high flame till chicken changes colour.

     4: now add crushed red chilli, grinned powder, yogurt mix well, add a glass of water, wait for a boil on high flame, then   cover and cook on low to medium till the oil comes on surface and chicken tender.

     5: then add dry fenugreek leaves, green chilli mix and simmer on low flame for 7 minutes.

     6: serve hot with naan, roti.
