COCONUT PUDDING

Ingredients

1: whipping cream 250g (chilled)

 2: whipping cream 250g (chilled)

 3: sweetened condensed milk 397g (1 can)

 4: desiccated coconut 1/2 cup

 5: water 1/4 cup

 6: gelatin 1 tbsp

 7: hot water 2 tbsp

 8: raffaello ( Ferrero Rocher ) chocolates 8 pieces

 9: nutella 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. 1: sprinkle gelatine on the water, leave it till gets thick.

     2: beat cream till gets thick.

     3: in a separate bowl add cream,  sweetened condensed milk mix well.

     4: then add hot water in the soaked gelatine, mix it so it dissolves, now add this mixture in the cream and condensed   milk, mix well.

     5: now add coconut mix it, then add the beaten cream mix well.

     6: leave to cool in the fridge.

     7: melt Nutella, sprinkle coconut, drizzle Nuttela, place the raffaello chocolate.

     8: serve and enjoy.
