CHINESE PAKORA 2

Ingredients

 1: chicken boneless 1/2 kg (cut into 1-inch cubes)

 2: chili sauce 3 tbsp

 3: crushed red chilli 2 tsp

 4: soya sauce 1 tbsp

 5: honey 2 tbsp

 6: salt 1 tsp

 7: corn flour 3 tbsp

 8: plain flour 2 tbsp

 9: egg 1 or 2

 10: oil for frying

Instructions

  1. CHINESE PAKORA 2

     1: in a bowl add chicken, crushed red chilli, salt, honey, chilli sauce, egg, and soya sauce mix well and keep aside for 30   minutes.

     2: heat oil.

     3: then add corn flour, and plain flour and mix well.

     4: now add each piece of coated chicken and fry on medium flame till cooked and crisp.

     5: Served hot with sweet chilli sauce.
