OREO ICE CREAM
Ingredients
1: Oreo cookies 6 packets (each packet will have 2 cookies)
2: cream 2 cups
3: icing sugar 1/2 cup (heaped)
For Coating:
1: chocolate 200g
2: almonds 6 (crushed)
3: butter 2 tbsp
Instructions

1: crush the cookies in the wrapping paper.
2: in a bowl add cream, icing sugar and mix well (DO NT BEAT).
3: cut the cookie packet as shown in the video, place it in the container.
4: add the cream mixture and add a stick in it.
5: freeze it for 7 to 8 hours.
6: in a bowl add chocolate, butter and melt in the microwave for 30 to 40 seconds, mix well.
7: take the cream out of the freezer, remove the wrapping paper and dip it in the melted chocolate, keep it n the freezer for 10 minutes.
8: add the crushed almonds n the chocolate and dip the ice cream in it, place in the freezer for 10 minutes.
9: serve and enjoy.
NOTE: you can store then in zip lock bag for 2 to 3 weeks.
