HOW TO MAKE LEMON PEPPER SEASONING

Difficulty: Beginner
Cooking Temp: 110  °C
Best Season: Summer

Ingredients

1: large lemons 4 (washed & wiped)

2: salt 1/4 cup

3: black peppercorns 1/3 cup

Instructions

  1. 1: slice the lemons as thin as possible.

    2: place it on a tray, cover it with a muslin cloth, and keep it in sunlight and dry till gets crisp and has no moisture.

    3: Place the sliced lemon on a baking tray and bake it on low heat 110c, 225f, gas mark 1, till dry and becomes crips or you can peel the lemons and place them on a baking tray and bake till gets crisp. (if you are just using lemon peels then use 10 large lemons).

    4: grind the lemons and sieve them.

    5: grind the black peppercorn.

    6: mix the lemon powder, black pepper powder, and salt, mix well.

    7: store in an airtight container.

     

Note

you can use this for marination, chicken, and meat.
