HANDI TIKKA MASALA
Ingredients
1: boneless chicken 1 kg ( cut in 1 inch pieces)
2: yogurt 2 cups
3: onions 2 large (grind to a paste)
4: ginger & garlic paste 2 tbsp
5: garam masala powder2 tsp
6: food colour orange 1/4 tsp
7: red chilli powder 1 tsp
8: crushed red chilli 2 tsp
9: salt 1 tsp
10: lemon juice 5 tbsp
11: green chilli 3 (sliced)
12: fresh coriander leaves 4 tbsp
13: oil 1/2 cup
14: coal 1 piece
Instructions

1: in a bowl add all ingredients (except onion & green chilli) mix well and leave it for 1 hour.
2: heat oil add onion and fry till changes colour, on high flame.
3: then add the marinated chicken, mix and cook covered till the oil comes on surface and chicken tender.
4: heat the coal.
5: place the coal on the curry add some oil, cover till the smoke settles.
6: add green chilli, coriander mix.
