TUNA PARATHA (FISH PARATHA)
Ingredients
For Filling:
1: potatoes 500kg (boiled & mashed)
2: tuna fish 2 cans (165g each drained & squeezed)
3: crushed red chilli 3 tsp
4: dry fenugreek leaves 2 tbsp
5: coriander powder 1 tbsp
6: cumin powder 2 tsp
7: garam masala powder 1 tsp
8: salt 1 & 1/2 tsp
9: chaat masala powder 1 tsp
10: onion 1 large (finely chopped)
11: green chilli 4 (finely chopped)
12: ginger 1 tbsp (crushed)
13: garlic 1 tbsp (crushed)
14: dough for making paratha (check the link)
15: ghee or oil for frying
Instructions

1: in a bowl add all the ingredients under filling, mix well.
2: take dough and make small balls, flatten the sides as shown in the video and roll it.
3: add the filling and place the other rolled dough on top and press the sides firmly, roll it.
4: heat the flat pan.
5: place the paratha on it and cook on side and then the other till changes colour, than add the ghee or oil on both sides and fry till golden.
6: serve hot with achar.
