PANEER KARAHI

Ingredients

 1: paneer 500g (cubs)

 2: ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp

 3: garam masala powder 1 tsp

 4: salt 1 & 1/2 tsp

 5: red chilli powder 1/2 tsp

 6: coriander seeds 2 tbsp

 7: dry fenugreek leaves 1 tbsp

 8: sesame seeds 2 tsp

 9: cumin seeds 1 tbsp

 10: crushed red chilli 1 tbsp

 11: black cardamom 3

 12: cinnamon stick 2 inch piece

 13: green cardamom 8

 14: fresh ginger 2 inch (cut in Julian)

 15: bullit green chilli 3 (sliced)

 16: tomatoes 3 small (sliced)

 17: onions 2 large (chopped)

 18: bell-pepper 1 large (deseeded cut in cubs)

 19: tomato 1 large (deseeded cut in cubs)

 20: onion 1 medium (peeled and separate layers)

 21: coal 1

 22: oil 1 cup 

Instructions

  1. 1: heat 1/3 cup oil add onions, ginger & garlic paste fry on high flame till gets a golden colour.

     2: then add tomatoes, cook on high flame till the tomatoes reduce, leave to cool and then grind to a paste.

     3: in a frying pan add coriander seeds, cumin seeds, black cardamom, green cardamom, cinnamon stick dry roast on   medium flame till you can smell aroma of dry spices, now add the sesame seeds, dry fenugreek leaves, crushed red   chilli mix and grind to a powder.

     4: now heat the remaining oil add ginger, bell pepper, onion fry it on high flame, add green chilli tomatoes mix.

     5: then add paneer, grinned powder mix well and fry for 2 minutes on high flame.

     6: now add salt, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, grinned paste, water 1 cup mix well, cook on high flame till   the oil comes on surface.

     7: heat coal and place it on the curry as shown in the video with some oil, cover till the smoke settles.

     8: serve hot with RotiRice and enjoy.
