ALOO BHUJIA RECIPE
Ingredients
1: gram flour 2 Cup (sieved & then measured)
2: potato 400g (Boiled & mashed)
3: Asafoetida 1/4 tsp
4: salt 1 tsp
5: garam Masala 1/2 tsp
6: turmeric Powder 1/4 tsp
7: Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
8: oil for frying
9: chat masala powder for sprinkling 1 tsp
10: Sev Maker Machine (greased)
Instructions

1: in a bowl add potatoes, gram flour, salt, red chilli, garam masala, turmeric, asafoetida mix well, cover and leave it for 15 minutes.
2: heat oil.
3: grease your palms and smooth the mixture.
4: divide the mixture and place one in the sev maker, and add the mixture in the hot oil as showen in the video, fry till gets golden on medium flame, fry both side and place it on paper towel.
5: change the disc to the other size and follow the method as before.
6: then sprinkle the chaat masala.
7: serve with tea and enjoy.
NOTE: store in air tight box and enjoy for a month or two.
