Mooli Ka Halwa
Ingredients
1: white radish 1 kg (peeled, grated & squeeze the water out)
2: sugar 1 cup
3: milk 5 cups
4: khoya 300g or dry milk powder 1/2 cup
5: ghee 1/2 cup
6: kewra water 2 tbsp or green cardamom 8
7: almonds 12 (sliced)
8: pistachio 12 (sliced)
Instructions

1: boil milk and add white radish, cook on low flame till the milk dries.
2: then add sugar , ghee and cook till the liquid dries, on high flame.
3: now add khoya, almonds, pistachio, kewra water mix well.
4: garnish with nuts and serve.
