HOMEMADE CHOCOLATE CHIPS

Difficulty: Beginner
Best Season: Suitable throughout the year

Ingredients

1: Dr.Oetker Chocolate 150g or any cooking chocolate 150g
2: piping bag
3: baking paper

Instructions

  1. 1: melt the chocolate on a double boiler as shown in the video, then leave it to cool slightly for 5 to 6 minutes, as this helps when you pipe it, if too hot the chocolate chip will not set and keep its shape.

2: now transfer it to a piping bag and cut the end of the piping bag as small as possible.

3: then take baking paper and pipe small drops, keep space between each drop, and place it in a freezer till it sets.

4: once set remove the chips, place them in a freezer bag, and store it in the fridge or freezer.

5: use as required in cakes, cupcakes, and desserts.
