Ingredients

 1: mutton mince 200g

 2: boneless chicken 1/2 kg

 3: tomato puree 1/2 cup

 4: black cardamom 1

 5: cloves 3

 6: cinnamon stick 1

 7: ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp

 8: green cardamom 2

 9: nutmeg 1/4 tsp

 10: cumin seeds 1 tsp (dry roasted & crushed)

 11: garam masala powder 1/2 tsp

 12: red chilli powder 1/2 tsp

 13: korma masala powder 1 tbsp

 14: cream 1/2 cup

 15: onion 1 large (finely chopped)

 16: fresh coriander 2 tbsp

 17: oil 1/2 cup

 18: green chill 3 (chopped) 

Instructions

  1. 1: heat oil add green cardamon, black cardamom, cinnamon stick, cloves, onions, ginger & garlic paste, and fry till it gets golden on high flame.

    2: then add tomato puree, cumin, nutmeg, garam masala powder, korma masala, red chili powder, water 1/2 cup mix, and cook till the water dries on medium flame.

    3: add the mince and cook till the mince is cooked completely, on high flame.

    4: now add the boneless chicken mix well and cook on medium flame until the chicken is cooked and the oil is on the surface.

    5: then add green chili, cream, and fresh coriander mix and cook until the oil surfaces on high flame.

    6: This is optional: heat coal and smoke the curry as shown in the video.

    7: Served hot with Garlic RaitaRoti, or Tandoor roti.
