Ingredients

1: oil 1/2 cup

2: fresh ginger 2 tbsp (grated)

3: fresh garlic 2 tbsp (grated)

4: boneless chicken 500g (cut in strips)

5: dark soy sauce 1 tbsp

6: vinegar 1 tbsp

7: salt 1 tsp

8: black pepper powder 1 tsp

9: green chilli 2 tbsp (chopped)

10: onion 1 medium (finely sliced)

11: spring onions 1/2 cup (chopped)

12: cabbage 1/2 cup (finely sliced)

13: carrots 1/2 cup (cut in strips)

14: bell pepper 2 medium (sliced)

15: noodles 500g (boiled with salt 1 & 1/2 tsp, oil 3 to 4 tbsp and cook according to the packet's instruction)

16: salt 1 & 1/2 tsp

17: crushed red chilli 2 tsp

18: black pepper powder 1 tsp

19: vinegar 2 tbsp

20: dark soy sauce 2 tbsp

 

Instructions

  1. Chicken Hakka Noodles

    1: heat oil add ginger, garlic and fry on high flame.

    2: add the chicken strips, dark soy sauce, vinegar, salt, and black pepper mix and cook till the oil comes on the surface and the chicken is tender.

    3: then add green chillis, onion, spring onion, cabbage, carrots, and bell pepper, mix well and add the boiled noodles mix well.

    4: then add salt, crushed red chili, black pepper, vinegar, and ark soy sauce mand ix well.

    5: serve hot and enjoy.
