Masala Bread
Ingredients
1: bread slices 8 to 12 (cut into cubes)
2: butter 2 tbsp
3: cumin seeds 1 tsp
4: fresh ginger 1 & 1/2 inch (chopped)
5: garlic 7 to 8 cloves (grated)
6: green chilli 3 (chopped)
7: onion 1 medium (finely chopped)
8: tomatoes 2 medium (chopped)
9: red chill powder 1 tsp
10: garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
11: turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
12: salt 1 tsp
13: crushed black pepper 1 tsp
14: carrot 1 medium (grated)
15: bell pepper 1 medium (chopped in small pieces)
16: fresh coriander 3 tbsp
Instructions

1: melt butter add cumin seeds, ginger, garlic, green chilli, and onion and fry on high
flame till changes colour.
2: add tomatoes, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, turmeric, salt, crushed
black pepper, water 1/2 cup, cover and cook on low to medium flame till the water
dries.
3: now add carrot, and bell pepper and cook for 1 minute on high flame.
4: then add the bread slices and mix well on medium flame till the bread is well
coated.
5: add a little fresh coriander.
6: serve hot and enjoy.
