FROZEN ELSA CAKE

Ingredients

1: cakes 6 (8 inches each, I used 3 boxes of readymade Betty Crocker Devils Food Chocolate Cake Mix 425G or check the link in the video for Chocolate Cake)

 2: salted butter 500g (room temp softened)

 3: icing sugar 6 cups

 4: vanilla essences 2 tbsp

 5: cream 3 tbsp

 6: Elsa doll

 7: blue food color

 8: cutter

 9: food glitter (silver for deco)

 10: sweet silver balls (for deco)

 11: sugar snowflakes (for deco)  

 12: piping bags and nozzles

  1. 1: bake cakes readymade or my recipe your choice, if using readymade you will need 3 boxes and if making my recipe you will need to make that recipe 3 times.

     2: beat butter till smooth.

     3: add vanilla, and icing sugar 1 cup at a time, and beat till combined, then use cream if required (I used it as my frosting was too thick).

     4: divide the batter into three bowls and add a blue color in each, one will be dark blue, medium blue, or light blue.

     5: use the cutter to remove the middle of the cakes.

     6: place the cake on a board, spread a little frosting, and follow the same with the other cakes.

     7: cover the cake with a little frosting, and keep it in the fridge for 20 minutes.

     8: now add the dark blue frosting in the piping bag and make swirls and then with the other colored frosting on the cake.

     9: place the doll in the cake and cover the rest cake.

     10: decorate the cake with sprinkles, silver balls, and glitter.
